5th Day:Keep going !

Weight morning: 114,0 Kg

Day 5 - 10th sep 07


6:00 Breakfast :Vanilla muesli + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch : Omlette cepes+ salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
18:00 Snack :Choccolate drink
19:00 Dinner :Vegetable soup + Salad leaves + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)

Wow..big jump this morning! At 114 I think I'm at the lowest in quite a while..I'm using the last hole in the belt,if this goes on like this I will need a new belt..and soon new pants and everything!

This is getting exciting !

I'm more and more used to the food, the omlette today at work was very discrete and actually quite enjoyable. Still had to turn down a going out for drinks after work as didn't seem appropriate quite yet.
