6:00 Breakfast :Crepe orange + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch : Peach tea + salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
18:00 Snack :Coffee flan
19:00 Dinner :Tomato soup + Salad leaves + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)
The diet was quite ok. The discovery of the day was the fundamental negative opinion on it of my wife. I knew something was going on, but didn't expect to be left so much on my own as when she mentioned that this is "bs" and that she lost 20 kg after the pregnancy without any supet diet and without eating "shit".
She might have some point in the sense that this is something very radical, and that there are other ways of loosing weight, but I find it sad not to have the support of the loved one in this kind of challenge.
Well.. will need some more strenght!
