6:00 Breakfast :Muesli taste coffee + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch :Caramel milk shake + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
18:00 Snack :Choccolate mousse
19:00 Dinner :Chicken soup + Salad leaves + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)
Today I've felt the diet.. I had a strange taste in the mouth for the all day..nothing too strong, but a bit unusual.
In the late afternoon I went for a 45 min run with Nike "Improve your endurance" program and the running was quite good.
As soon as back at home however I felt very tired and almost as I needed to throw up. I didn't enjoy the salad and the chicken soup and went to sleep almost immediately after.
Anyway. According to the lady at the shop the 1st 3 day are the most difficoult and now they are gone ! I have to say following this diet it's quite hard to go out with people for a party. So far I've preferred to avoid that and quitely stay at home..
