2nd Day So far so good


Weight morning: 116,2 Kg

Day 2 - 7th sep 07

6:00 Breakfast :Choccolate Muesli + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch :Pizza + salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
18:00 Snack :Cappuccino bottle
19:00 Dinner :Champignons soup + Salad leaves + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)

This day was quite smooth.

All afternoon I was quite busy at work and didn't feel like having anything. I brough the salad and pizza from home and it was quite discrete to eat and actually nice.
