6:00 Breakfast :White cheese and apricots + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch : Bread + salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
20:00 Dinner :Choccolate drink + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)
Funny day today! A sunny friday is always putting some more good mood.
In the evening I've tried some social activity and went for a fairwell party of a colleague. No drinks and no food wit everyone else eating and drinking sounded more difficoult than it really was..Just hold a bottle of beer and behave normal and people will not ask questions.. make sure the bottle is dark :-) after 4 hrs of holding a full bottle people might start asking questions!
Anyway..I'm not on a diet,I'm on a mission!!
