13:45 Lunch : Crepe cheese + salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
20:00 Dinner :Champignons and asparag soup + Salad leaves + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)
7:20 Swiming for 25 min.
Vary good ay. Full of energy, started with a swim ! Happy to reintroduce tomatoes and oil in the salad. It's quite easy now !
