13:45 Lunch : Blinis salmon + salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)

20:00 Dinner :Marocco's chicken soup + Salad leaves + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)

The 1st week is over, I'm really happy because I can now use oil on the salad and add some more variety with the vegetables.
A bit surprised that the weight is not moving for last 2 days, but could be just a temporary adaptation. Today will do some sport and will probably see the drop into 113s by tomorrow morning.
