13:45 Lunch : Puree + salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
19:00 After running :Cappuccino drink
22:00 Dinner : Flan lemon + pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)
Today a very nice run of 40 min in the forest!
Running is improving, I feel I can push the limit and go faster and faster with more indurance.
Wanted to buy some more of the diet stuff but the shop was closed. Will go back on monday!
