Here we are !
After almost a year since the first serious thought of it..I'm finally ready to start the diet.
Will it work?
Will I lose fat or muscles? or hair ? or theets? or skin?
Will it change my mood ? Better or worse? Hope not worse...that would be quite hard to deal with for people around me !
A lot of questions in my head...seems the norm before a jump in the unknown, I actually like changes and like to seek answers to questions.
Is this diet healty?
Will I really lose 10 kg in one month?
Will I need to change all my wardrobe in 2 months?
At the moment the main question is ..Am I going to survive 1 full month without wine,beer,pizza,spaghetti... it's quite challenging,but if I don't try I'll never have the answers!
So..I need to try, as hard as I can and be able to follow the rules ...a lot of rules to be honest.
This space is for me to track progress and find some more motivation in sharing this challange.
Thanks for joining on the ride, will have some ups and some downs but will for sure have some good fun in between!
