Below 100 !!!

Amazing result ! For the first time in many many years I'm below 100 Kg. and now the diet allows for a very normal social life!
Only limitation are decided by my rational understanding of what is good and what is bad for my body.

I'm being a bit slow on the blog, but the diet is still going and giving quite a lot of satisfaction. So far 1st target has been met and we are doing all right with loosing gradually.

7:00 Breakfast :cheese crepe + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch : Chicken nuggets+ salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
23:00 Dinner : Choccolate & vanilla drink+ pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)

20:30-22:30: Basketball
