7:00 Breakfast :Orange Ananas drink + coffee +water +pills (Omega 3+Magnesium+Thyroid)
13:45 Lunch : Crepe cheese+ salad + water + pills (magnesium & Potassium Chloride)
21:00 Dinner : Chicken nuggets+ pills (Omega 3+Magnesium)
22:00 Post dinner: Backed cake of "pain epicee"
Today I was back at playing some basket ! Finally after all the injuries I could do a bit of my favourit sport. Not yet at my best, but I could see some of the benefit of being 8 kg lighter. On the other hand I could also notice how energy was only limited and after 1:20 I had to stop,sweaty and happy.
